Some Benefit enrollments are not displaying in 'Manage Data'

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits

• Go to 'Manage Data'  > 'Benefit Enrollment' > search for a users Benefit Enrollments.
• The Benefit enrollments where 'Benefit Type' = 'Other' are not displaying.
• The Benefit enrollments where 'Benefit Type' = 'Reimbursement' and 'Enrolment Required' = 'No' are not displaying

For 'Other' type of benefit, and 'Reimbursement' type benefits where 'Enrolment Required' = 'No',  enrolment records will not be created. This is expected behaviour. 

'Other' type of benefits are benefits like free Gym membership, free Office Transport or free meals where you do not need an enrolment from the employee.

If an enrolment is needed, please consider choosing any other Benefit types from the list that matches the best for your use case.
