Archiving data from hot to cold store SAP IQ NLS fails.

Error:

Copying to Cold Store failed                                                                                         
Copying to the Cold Store failed. Error handling will be performed                                                    
Rollback operations for temperature adjustments with Cold Store          

No new backup since end of copy phase. Current backup ID still xxx from xxxx

• The error occurs on a new IQ database restored from a backup of another database. No error on the initial database where the backup was taken.
• Archiving still fails after applying 
  KBA 2658428 - No new Backup since end of Copy Phase
  ie after a manual backup is run on SAP IQ NLS.
