Expected behaviour

ECSC (Ask HR) is not supported on BTP Cloud Foundry. Please note ECSC is deprecated as of 1H 2025 (still fully supported until at least 2028), and therefore no enhancements will be made to make it available in CF environments, i.e., the only environment which is available for the deployment and configuration of the solution is BTP Neo.
