You cannot find 'Output Relevance' Configuration Step on Output Parameter Determination app for Purchase Order or any other specific document.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open Output Parameter Determination app.
2. Select 'Show Rules for' : Purchase Order and look for Determination Step: Output Relevance.

*Configuration Step is not there.

Output relevance is an optional step. This step, let customers decide if they want to generate the Purchase Order output or not based on Output type. Since Purchase Orders or your impacted Business Application Document has only one output type, it needs to be marked as true to generate output. If this step is not available in the system, then by default this step is considered as true by the framework.

Non availability of this step does not impact the Purchase Order or other related Business Application Document Output.
