3244768 - How to enable TLSv1.0 / v1.1 support for JDBC and HTTP_AAE adapter

Symptom

JDBC or HTTP_AAE adapter is in use for TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.1 communication.

You may facing similar error as below:

MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Error when attempting to get processing resources: com.sap.aii.af.lib.util.concurrent.ResourcePoolException: Unable to create new pooled resource: DriverManagerException: Cannot establish connection with the registered driver. com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver returns: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "The server selected protocol version TLS10 is not accepted by client preferences [TLS12]". ClientConnectionId:<ID>.
