3244851 - ChaRM: "It was not possible to save all objects successfully" when moving document

• While moving ZMHF from Created to In Development, there is an authorization related error (relevant for other change document types as well):
  It was not possible to save all objects successfully (CRM_BOL010)
• When trying to move Urgent change document (e.g. ZMHF) to Imported into Production, the import of transport request into production system is triggered but the status is not changed and the following message is displayed: It was not possible to save all objects successfully
• Assigned missing authorizations, but it does not work
• User with SAP_ALL authorization is able to set the user status
