3244899 - Profile Completion Percentage different between Profile Header and Homepage

The "Complete Your Profile" Card/Tile in Home page shows a percentage that is different from the one displayed in profile header.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Proxy/Login as the affected user;
2. In the Home Page see the "Complete Your Profile" Card/Tile;
3. Check the Percentage displayed;
4. Go to "Employee Profile";
5. See that the Percentage displayed is different from the one in Home Page.

This is caused by the percentage not synced due to event mechanism in the new homepage.

In cases like this, to refresh the homepage you may change some of the fields taken into consideration in the calculation to make the percentage change, then wait some time and refresh the homepage.

This should make the value be the same as the percentage change will trigger the event to new homepage.
