3244913 - Error triggered "XML transformation failed (CONTENT field exceeds maximum character limit)" while previewing Production Model

System triggers error when previewing the Production Model KLM*KLM refers to Production Model id

XML transformation failed (CONTENT field exceeds maximum character limit)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Planning and Production Master Data Work Center
2. Go to Production Models View
3. Search and Select for KLM
4. Select Open Released Execution Model and select All Released Versions
5. Select respective Version  and select on Preview
6. System triggers error message 

 The issue is happening during the transformation of the work instruction under activity. There is a maximum character length of 255.

1. Go to Planning and Production Master Data Work Center
2. Go to Production Models View
3. Search and Select for KLM
4. Select Edit
5. Navigate to Bill of Operations tab and navigate to sub-tab BoO Structure
6. Select corresponding Element which has Make,Supply or Check Operation and Expand the node
7. Select Activity and under details navigate to activity descriptions
8. You will see Work Instructions here which is exceeding maximum character length of 255

Request you to reduce the number of characters and limit the characters to 255 only.

Then  release the Production Model for planning and execution again.

Note, this activity is not the only one with long work instructions.
Kindly check all Notes maintained in Production Model.
