3244934 - Employee List is Not Refreshed Automatically Upon Creating a New Employee


When creating a new Employee in SAP Service Cloud Version 2, you notice that the Employee list is not automatically refreshed to reflect the new entries created.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to your user profile on the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to All Settings tab.
  4. Under Company, click Employees.
  5. Click + to create a new employee.
  6. Fill in all mandatory details.
  7. Click Save.
  8. See the list of employees is not automatically refreshed.


At the moment, the list of employees will only be refreshed when the refresh button is clicked or when the user access the list again.


This is the system designed behavior.
