Symptom
You are facing issues in replicating employees from SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF) to WorkForce Software (WFS) who have Multiple Employments, or re-hiring terminated inactive employees as new employees.

Reproducing the Issue
- Hire one employee in SAP SuccessFactors
- Terminate the same employee
- Now re-hire the same employee as a new employee.
- Run the integration between SFSF and WFS
- The replication runs successfully but new employees who have multiple employments are not replicated.
Cause
This is expected behavior from the system. This scenario is not supported in standard Integration flow delivered by SAP SuccessFactors.
Resolution
The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration with Third Party Time Vendor-WorkForce Software(WFS) package does not support multiple employments.
Please refer to the Implementation Guide: "Don't rehire inactive employees as New Employees. If you do so, it will create multiple employments and this integration does not support employees with multiple employments"
However, please note that the new integrations delivered and supported by WFS do support a number of scenarios, as explained in the detailed blow under the See Also section, below:
