3244985 - Error F5764 occurs when uploading journal entries with app Upload General Journal Entries

Symptom

When uploading journal entries with app Upload General Journal Entries, you see error F5764 "Please enter a reason to permit a later reversal" in the log.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Reproducing the Issue

Upload journal entries with auto-reversal function.

Cause

System only recognize reversal reason as text format in template, for example '05' not '5'.

Resolution

In the upload template, change the format of the cell to text for field Reversal Reason, and give the right value of the reason.
