3245448 - Can't save Custom Cards when adding translations - SAP SuccessFactors

After performing a change in a Custom Card, cannot save it in Manage Home page when other language translations are maintained for the Card Title.  Error message pops up “Fail to save the custom card, please try again later”

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1.Go to Admin center-> Manage Home page

2. Edit Organizational updates

3. Click on Add Card

4. Enter the General details and Card details (Note: Some additional language translations should be maintained for the card title)

5. Enter Navigation details                    

• Target -> Popover
• Template -> Iframe
• Enter the URL and click on next and save . The error pops up: “Fail to save the custom card, please try again later”

The error is due to the URL / Popover Content not having the same language translations maintained as the Card title.

Example full error which will be shown in network trace-

Note: if you maintain a translation in the Title field, and whichever language translations are maintained for the Title field, the same needs to be maintained for URL/Popover content, then the URL/popover field would also validate for same translation.

Please add the translation in the URL field on the highlighted icon: - Localize third party URL and save the card successfully.

4. Cards have been created successfully Ex: test/ test1.
