3245502 - Users are not showing in Proxy Now search - SuccessFactors

• Enabled the Proxy Now and provided the necessary permissions too.
• There are a few users which are not appearing while searching under Proxy Now.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Login with the user id.
2. Search the employee with the id.
3. You will be able to see the full profile of this employee.
4. To proxy this user, try to search for this user in the Proxy search which will not appear.

The "non-unique external code" values missing for the Employee-Status picklist.

• For "employee-status" picklist, the values defined with the external codes "A", "P", "U" etc.. but none of them have the value set for "non-unique external code".
• Correcting this ("non-unique external code") for all the picklist values for "employee-status" should resolve the issue.

• 2203207 - Error Accessing Job or Employment Information - It seems that the external codes for the employment status
