3245507 - MDG: Value help on a Field reports dump error "OVS: Method SET_OUTPUT_TABLE was not called"

Symptom

When you click on a value help of field in MDG NWBC UI, instead of displaying the value help result list a dump is shown in the popup page: "500 Internal Server Error: OVS: Method SET_OUTPUT_TABLE was not called". And if you check from ST22 on SAP GIU, the following dump can be detected:
