3245544 - No email notification triggered for BPF or work status in SOST

Symptom

  • When BPF instance is created and starts, there is no email generated in SOST.
  • When work status is changed and email notification is activated for work status change, there is no email generated in SOST.
  • You've followed KBA2211912 (-  Email notification functionality doesn't work in BPC NW) and it does not help.
  • Error log shows in SLG1:
    BCS error while creating e-mail address for user: XX
    Smartforms template YY is either invalid or inaccessible
    The message was added by exception class CX_RSBPC_EN_NOTIF_INVALID.
