3245571 - The order of name displayed in people profile header is changed after changing the locales

The order of name i.e. firstname+lastname displayed in people profile header is changed to lastname+firstname after changing the locales. For Example: Locale was English then the format was firstname+lastname, then locale was changed to Japanese where format changed to lastname+firstname, then we changed locale back to English but the name format remained as lastname+firstname.

SAP SuccessFactors People Profile

1. The name of user is displayed as firstname+lastname in people profile header but when user changes the locale i.e. english to japanese and then back to english the name is displayed as lastname+firstname.

2. After changing the locale the name is displaying in the order i.e. lastname+firstname. Unless relog-in we cannot confirm correct order.

Currently this is caused by the cache after changing the language. 

It is recommended to re-login once more after changing the language setting otherwise some data format binding may still display in previous locale. Hence kindly re-login to ensure no cache after language setting is changed.
