3245700 - Lead Category not Found For Mapping

While setting up a Lead integration scenario, you cannot find the Category field.

SAP Cloud for Customer with Lead integration scenario

Lead Categories are maintained first under the Leads fine tune activity under the action 'Maintain Categories' (Business Configuration > Lead Fine Tuning Activity) and then under the 'Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions' Fine Tuning Activity --> Maintain Code List Mapping--> select the relevant Mapping Group and then, under LeadGroupCode, you should maintain the mapping.
