How to set up promotion with products combination as below within the same category:
Qualifying category (product A, B, C...)
If only 1A or 1B or 1C, then promotion will not be fired.
If quantity is more than 1 in this category (1A + 1B or 1A + 1C or 2A or 2B…), the promotion will be fired for all qualifying products.
Action is 10% off for all qualifying products.
