3245748 - Mean value is different when calculating in QE51N and in BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS

The calculated mean value of the quantitative characteristic is different when results are recorded in a transaction (for example: QE51N) compared to the case when results are recorded with BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS.

When single results are entered in results recording transaction by the user, mean value is calculated.

But when BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS is filled in similar way (original values - 49,6744 and 50,4040 in above screenshot - are entered to field ORIGINAL_INPUT of structure SINGLE_RESULTS and rounded values - 49,7 and 50,4 in above screenshot - are entered to field RES_VALUE of SINGLE_RESULTS), different value is calculated as mean value.
