Resolution
To edit a case priority, you can follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your user profile on the top-right corner of your screen.
- Click Settings.
- Navigate to All Settings tab.
- Click Priority Settings, under Case Management.
- See the 4 standard priorities.
- Here, you can click to edit the description and the color of the priority as per your requirements.
- Once it is changed, the message Data has been saved will be displayed.
As soon as the priority is edited and the data is saved, it will be reflected across all places in the system where the priority is displayed.
