By standard, the predelivered party roles are:

  • Account
  • Approver
  • Contact of Account
  • Processor
  • Reporter
  • Service and Support Team

You can adjust the determination of these party roles by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your user profile on the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to All Settings tab.
  4. Click Party Schema, under Case Management.
