Resolution
By standard, the predelivered party roles are:
- Account
- Approver
- Contact of Account
- Processor
- Reporter
- Service and Support Team
You can adjust the determination of these party roles by following the steps below:
- Navigate to your user profile on the top-right corner of your screen.
- Click Settings.
- Navigate to All Settings tab.
- Click Party Schema, under Case Management.
