Resolution
In order to create a new case status, you can follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your user profile on the top-right corner of your screen.
- Click Settings.
- Navigate to All Settings tab.
- Click Status Dictionary Entries, under Case Management.
- Click + to create a new status.
- Add the Description.
- Now, map the status to one of the available Life Cycle Status.
- Map the status to one of the available Assignment Status.
- Save the changes.
Following these steps, you will be able to create custom statuses for cases in your SAP Service Cloud Version 2 solution.
