3246138 - One or more tablespaces not restored as part of restore operation.

Symptom

After performing a restore operation you encounter one or more of the following:

  • In the db2diag.log the warning 'SQL2563W The restore process has completed successfully, but one or more table spaces from the backup were not restored."
  • One of more tablespaces are in a RESTORE PENDING ( 0x100 ) state
  • On tablespace access post restore you receive 'SQL0290N Table space access is not allowed'
