3246202 - Logon test fails during the Managed System Configuration of a Java system

You are working on the Managed System Configuration of a Managed System of type Java.
In step "4 - Enter System Parameters" you have maintained the Setup User (Admin). Afterwards you use the "Test Logon..." functionality.
The logon test fails reasoned into the following error messages:
Logon test failed for user 
<User ID>

Details : Exception while trying to get 
InitialContext. (Cause: Cannot get
Socket. Reason:Connection refused:
connect (local port <port> to adress
<adress>, remote port <remoteport> to
adress <IP)

You are wondering where the wrong remote port is coming from.
