After successful authentication using Single Sign On and (if needed, second factor authentication), SAP ONE Support launchpad requests you to reset the password (possible due to inactivity for a long time).
After creating a new password, the following error is displayed:
"The identity provider could not process the received authentication request. Delete the cache and the saved cookies of your browser and open it again. If the problems persist after that, contact your administrator."
Performing the tasks that this error states does not fix the issue.
