3246313 - Maximum Character Lengh in MPH field Region of Birth - Onboarding 1.0

When trying to complete hiring through MPH an timestamp error appear.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1.  Log in the instance.
2.  Go to Manage Pending Hires.
3.  Search for the affected candidate.
4.  Try to complete the hire and see the error.

This issue can be caused by the content of the field surpass the limit of 100 characters.

Erase the content of the field and replace it with information with less than 100 characters and complete the hiring process in MPH.
