3246314 - Background Element's date field's dropdown is not readable - Recruiting Management

Background Elements' date field values are not readable when the candidate is applying to a job requisition or when they are editing their candidate profile as the text is white. The text is only displayed when hovering over.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

This is controlled by the Manage Recruiting Sites' theme manager. The Language Drop-down's "Text color - default" entry in the theme is set to #FFFFFF which is white.

It will be required to change the color of Language Drop-down's "Text color - default" to something else, or to change the Language Drop-down's "Menu item background color - default", which controls the background color of the items, to another color to make the text readable.

In order to do that, follow the steps below:

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Go to Manage Recruiting Sites
3. Click on Manage Themes
4. Select the theme that is tied to the microsite you are trying to edit
5. Expand Fine Tune > Language Drop-down
6. Modify the entry "Text color - default" or "Menu item background color - default", in case you wish to modify the background instead

NOTE: Changing this entry modifies the Options menu entries as well as the language dropdown in the career site.
