3246327 - "User can withdraw when class is assigned by a manager" class setting is not working

Even though the "User can withdraw when class is assigned by a manager" class setting is Yes, the user do not see the option to withdraw.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Manager registers user in a class >
2. After that, for some reason, the user needs to cancel its registration from the class (still within the cut-off date) >
3. User cannot see the withdraw option.

Course Home is disabled (in Learning Adminstration > System Configuration > Configuration > LMS_ADMIN config file > courseHomeBlended=false).

Our Engineering team confirmed that the "User can withdraw when class is assigned by a manager" setting will work only for new Course Home experience (i.e. courseHomeBlended=true). 

Otherwise, even though the "User can withdraw when class is assigned by a manager" is checked, if courseHomeBlended=false, the user will not be able to withdraw if they need approval. This is working as designed.
