3246369 - "Please select an application name" error when tryin to same a new Assertion Consumer Service

You are trying to save a new application to the Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings and when you hit save you are getting the error below.

1. Go to your Instance's provisioning environment;
2. Navigate to "Authorized SP Assertion Consumer Service Settings";
3. Provide all relevant information;
4. Hit save and receive the error message;

One or more of the previously added application does not have the field Application name filled

You can either select the application name relevant or, if the there is no option that fully describes your application you can select 

The most important here is to not let any assertion consumer service with the option --Please Select--
