3246450 - Key Figure result is created for a source with quota 0 or not respecting the quota ratio of the source

Symptom

You are running S&OP heuristic operator and you observe key figure results being created that are not respecting the ratio maintained for the sources:
For example:

Source ID	Key figure	P1
SourceA	Production Receipts	100
SourceA	Production Sourcing Ratio	0
SourceX	Production Receipts	0
SourceX	Production Sourcing Ratio	1

There’s production in the sourceA that has source Ratio 0.

You might also observe part of the ratio being ignored and distributed proportionally to the other sources, like:

Source ID	Key figure	P1
SourceA	Production Receipts	25
SourceA	Production Sourcing Ratio	0,1
SourceB	Production Receipts	75
SourceB	Production Sourcing Ratio	0,3
SourceX	Production Receipts	0
SourceX	Production Sourcing Ratio	0,6
