3246688 - Multi-Customer Project Cannot be Selected in Revenue Recognition Run

• You create a customized project type ZX with process variant Project Processing - For Multi-Customer Projects (ZX represents the customized project type ID). 
• You create a new multi-customer project XYZ with project type ZX (XYZ represents the new multi-customer project ID). 
• You want to execute a revenue recognition run specifically for project XYZ but it cannot be selected in the run parameters.

After you create project type ZX in the Project Types fine tune task and after you create project XYZ and generate business transactions

1. Go to the Revenue Recognition view of the Cost and Revenue work center. 
2. Press New and choose Revenue Recognition run. 
3. In the Run  Parameters, fill all the mandatory fields. 
4. Select Multi-Customer-Projects as Sales Object Type. 
5. In the Project field, enter XYZ.
6. The message 'No search results.' appears. 

By default the Project value help is set to Project Type 26-Multi-customer project.

Select Project Type ZX in the Project valuation help:

1. In the Project valuation help open the Advanced search (small filter icon). 
2. In the Project Type window, select ZX. 
3. Press Go. 
4. This time project XYZ is found and can be selected for the run*.

*You can select several project types here, save the query and then set this query to default. The next run will then search for all the project types as defined for the default query.
