External User Welcome Message Reminder is sent even after completion of PDC step.

• This is a known issue, Engineering Team are working to fix the same.
• There was also an influence for this feature but it was wrongly closed as already offered.

• The tentative fix for the issue is 1H 2023 Release.
• Kindly follow the KBA, in case there is any change to the fix date, the KBA will be updated.
