3246957 - MDG-M: Handling of Post to Inspection Stock at Plant Purchasing level

Symptom

When creating a material with plant data, at the plant purchasing level, you will realize the following behavior of "Post to Inspection Stock":

  1. You can maintain the value of Post to Inspection Stock but it is removed after change request activation.
  2. You do not even see the Post to Inspection Stock under Plant Purchasing UIBB.
