3247004 - Incorrect amount values extracted for purchase order and invoices in spend information report for certain currency types

Symptom

The buyer is using SAP Ariba Spend Analysis integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway. Previously, when the buyer ran the ARBCIG_SPENDVISIBILITY_EXPORT program to send the spend information for purchase orders and invoices involving certain currencies that did not have any decimal places, the program extracted incorrect amount values.
