The buyer is using SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway. Previously, when the buyer ran the ARBCIG_PROA_FORECAST_EXTRACT program with ‘Requirement Date’ enabled to run the forecast report, the product activity message for forecast collaboration failed with an error.
