Symptom

When trying to activate Key User Extensibility in Extensibility Settings app on Development Tenant of Development System, Error "Extensibility is not active. Use the customizing tenant instead" displays.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Extensibility Settings app in the S/4HANA Cloud system - Development Tenant.
  2.  Error message "Extensibility is not active. Use the customizing tenant instead" is raised.

Resolution

Key User Extensibility is only available in the Customizing Tenant of development system.
