3247081 - Missing "All" Option In Sales Organization Search For Leads Query

Sales Organization search in Leads header does not provide an option of "All" queries.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to sales work center.
2. Go to leads.
3. Open any lead.
4. Edit lead.
5. In lead header go to filed "Sales Organization".
6. Click on value search icon on "Sales Organization".
7. Screen does not show standard search query "All". Refer below image.

 

In Leads management, question "Do you want to enable users to specify, per lead, a predetermined combination of sales organization, distribution channel and division?" is checked/reviewed for leads under "Leads Sales Area Determination ".

This scoping question show user specific predetermined combination of Sales organization only in search query of Leads Query.

In Leads management, descope following question to view the standard query of "All" option available for Sales Organization search in Leads Query.

Execute following step to descope the question: -

1. Go to Business Configuration.
2. Edit Project Scope.
3. Go to questions.
4. Expand sales.
5. Expand Lead management.
6. Click on leads to view the question.
7. Under "Leads Sales Area Determination " descope question "Do you want to enable users to specify, per lead, a predetermined combination of sales organization, distribution channel and division?"
