3247110 - Ordering Address popup does not appear when creating PO in Fiori.

Symptom

When creating a Purchase Order(PO) from an Purchase Requisition(PR) in App 'Manage Purchase Requisitions'/'Manage Purchase Order', in the case of multiple ordering addresses, there is no popup to select the desired ordering address.
