3247297 - Cannot Update Job Application Snapshot Backgroun Element via OData API - Recruiting Management

When trying to update one of the Snapshot Background Elements from the Job Application, such as JobApplicationSnapshot_OutsideWorkExperience and JobApplicationSnapshot_Education, the system returns an error saying the entity is not editable. For example: Entity JobApplicationSnapshot_OutsideWorkExperience is not editable. Please check the entity setting in Admin Center > OData API Data Dictionary or the entity metadata.

This is an expected behavior as per the OData API Guide: JobApplicationSnapshot_Education & JobApplicationSnapshot_OutsideWorkExperience. Snapshot Background Elements only support query operations.
