Resolution
The SAP Service Cloud Version 2 has a limitation of sending e-mail messages up to 10MB.
The system also has a limitation of receiving e-mails messages up to 30MB.
All size limitations includes the complete e-mail structure, considering message body, MIME parameters, attachments, and so on.
