Resolution
The SAP Service Cloud Version 2 has a limitation of sending e-mail messages (outbound emails) up to 30MB, and also 30MB for receiving e-mail messages (inbound emails).
All size limitations includes the complete e-mail structure, considering message body, MIME parameters, attachments, and so on.
