3247413 - When disk init command got Msg 5123, Level 16, State 1

Customer was trying to restore a database from a SolMan Java instance backup file.
They were generated the SQL statements to initialize devices using load database with listonly=load_sql option.
They ran the SQL statements and got error 5123.

Msg 5123, Level 16, State 1:

DISK INIT encountered an error while attempting to open/create the physical file

error log for more details. For the Cluster Edition, check the error log of each
instance.
