3247418 - To-Do action not visible on Home Page

To-Do action icon is not visible on Latest Home Page

1. Login to the instance 
2. On the top right side, check the To-Do icon is missing

Under Company System and Logo Settings the option "Enable To-do Panel" is unchecked.

NOTE: To-Do Panel will be deprecated, hence it is expected that customers don't see the icon on the shell bar in the Latest Home Page - Deprecation of To-Do Panel
