3247565 - Solr High Physical Memory Usage in Endpoint Dashboard

Symptom

Whenever accessing the Solr Admin Console, also known as Solr Dashboard, it is possible to observe that, almost always, the Physical Memory percentage usage is at high or nearly complete levels. E.g.: Percentage usage from 85% up to 100%.
