3247621 - Why it is not able to publish process diagrams in the Process Manager?

Colleague who has no modeler license is not able to publish process diagrams in the Process Manager.

In Editor > Share > Publish to SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub button is missing

Every modeler who has the corresponding rights to publish a diagram can publish it in SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub.

In order to let the user be able to publish process diagrams, please grant the user with a Process Modeler license.
