3247814 - Dynamic Visit Planning and Perfect Store


No option to create Perfect Store Visits is found when creating visits through the Dynamic Visit Planning (DVP) Cockpit.

In the current system design, there is no function to create perfect store visits via DVP.

As of today, the perfect store insights work as an influencing factor for impacting the score of an account. Also, filtering of accounts at cockpit level can be done based on low preforming and declining filters.

However, there is no way today to indicate if a visit list item in DVP is driven by perfect store and created based on perfect store insights in DVP.

Currently, in DVP, there are two functions related to perfect store.

1. Account Filter in Cockpit
Low Performing: Filters all accounts whose current perfect store score is less than the previous score.
Declining: Filters all accounts whose perfect store score or any one of the key performance indicators score is less than the previous score.

2. Configure Visit Recommendation
You define the impact caused by signals such as account and visit coverage. The system interprets these signals, calculates an account score based on the configured signals, and helps the user to prioritize visits.
You can define the impact for one of influencing factors: perfect store.


Having the option to create Perfect Store type visits from the DVP cockpit is a new feature request.
