Where to set the Perfect Store Visit indicator when creating visits through the Dynamic Visit Planning (DVP) Cockpit.

You can mark a visit as a perfect store visit at account level for a route group or visit list level.

The perfect store insights work as an influencing factor for impacting the score of an account. Also, filtering of accounts at cockpit level can be done based on low preforming and declining filters.

1. The perfect store indicator is available for visit list and on account level for route groups now.

2. Account Filter in Cockpit
Low Performing: Filters all accounts whose current perfect store score is less than the previous score.
Declining: Filters all accounts whose perfect store score or any one of the key performance indicators score is less than the previous score.

3. Configure Visit Recommendation
You define the impact caused by signals such as account and visit coverage. The system interprets these signals, calculates an account score based on the configured signals, and helps the user to prioritize visits.
You can define the impact for one of influencing factors: perfect store.

You can mark a visit as a perfect store visit at account level for a route group or visit list level.

Navigate to Dynamic Visit Planning Visit Lists. Use the Perfect Store toggle switch to mark a specific account or an entire visit list for a specific date or all visit lists for multiple dates as a perfect store visit.

Navigate to Dynamic Visit Planning Route Group Visit Plan to select list of accounts within a route group to be marked as perfect store visits. Please note that this will work only if the status of the route group is in preparation or draft stage.

You can select multiple visits and mark them as perfect store visits both from the visit plan and route group.
