3247843 - I-9 Section 2 Signature task is not Generated

The e-signature for the section2 is not appearing for the manager.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Onboardee completes I9 section1 & E-Signature section.
• Manager or responsible user completes i9 section2.
• I9 section 2 E-Signature is not generated.

Cause 1:

• Configuration made in rule is not doing match with the candidate details.

Cause 2:

• Error retrieving signed Section1 (Backend logs)

@Support engineers see internal memo

Resolution 1:

• Configure the rule "ONB2ComplianceSign" to do match properly as the candidate details entered.

Resulting 2:

Getting error while retrieving signed I9 Section1 

• Trigger i9 Section 1 correction for the candidate.
• Complete the form and signature.
• Once done, it should trigger Section 2 as well.
