3247861 - Dynamic Visit Planning Cockpit View Showing Zero Green Score for Account

You are using the Visit Recommendation Configuration of Visit Administration view inside Dynamic Visit Planning (DVP) work center. You set criteria for account ABC to have a score when using DVP Cockpit view, however, score shown is always zero (green).

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Dynamic Visit Planning work center.
2. Open the Cockpit work center view.
3. Click in the accounts icon (upper right corner) to select account ABC (where ABC is the ID of an account).
4. In the map, hover your mouse cursor over account ABC.

You will see ABC score as zero (green). 

ABC does not have visiting information filled on its Visiting Information view.

You need to fill account ABC with visiting information.

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Open the Accounts view.
3. Search for account ABC.
4. Open account ABC.
5. Go to the Visiting Information view.
6. Click in the '+ Create' button and fill information.
