Resolution
To enable the automatic activity creation for outbound interactions, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to your user profile on the top-right corner of your screen.
- Click Settings.
- Navigate to All Settings tab.
- Click General Settings, under Agent Desktop.
- Select the checkbox Enable Automatic Activity Creation, under Create Activity from Interaction - Outbound.
