Resolution

To enable the automatic activity creation for outbound interactions, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your user profile on the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to All Settings tab.
  4. Click General Settings, under Agent Desktop.
  5. Select the checkbox Enable Automatic Activity Creation, under Create Activity from Interaction - Outbound.
