• Scheduling a report from BI server to a FTP destination results in error: "Connection error. [CrystalEnterprise.Ftp]: [Connection was lost during processing.]"
• Firewall, Windows Defender, and antivirus is configured on the BI Server
• The report object appears in the FTP destination location that it is scheduled to for a few seconds, showing '0 KB' file size and then disappears
• Can use a FTP client such as 'Filezilla' to connect to the FTP server while on the BI Server Machine
• Can successfully upload a file using the FTP client to the FTP server, while on the BI server machine
