3247901 - Talent Search Export of MDF Talent Pools Includes Data From Deleted Nominations

When using Exact Match to export Talent Search, the export includes data from deleted nominations in talent pools.

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Succession
3. Select the Talent Search tab
4. In Basic Information, select First Name and Last Name
5. Populate name details > Search
6. In the search results, select Exact Match
7. Select an employee > Export
8. In the Export Talent Search Results prompt, choose the Talent Pool fields > Export
9. The file shows employees in multiple Talent Pools even if they're currently only in 1
   

Expected behavior

The system will export all talent pool nominations including the deleted records in talent search. Following code logic, we do not display the deleted data on the page.

If you do not want the exported file to contain the deleted data, you can purge inactive nominations. More details are in Implementing and Managing Succession - Validation for Permanently Deleting Positions and Talent Pools with Nomination Records.
